Prescot Rd - Bank Lane Roundabout
Wrenco have completed the installation of a new roundabout and junction improvement scheme in Melling. The junction, known locally as the Pear Tree, is highly trafficked and forms a strategic route between Maghull in Sefton and Kirkby in Knowsley. The new roundabout was re-opened 3 weeks ahead of programme, and should help to ease the heavy rush-hour congestion in the area.
