Partnering Team
In the summer of 2006, Sefton Council appointed Wrenco as a partnering term contractor for the following:
- Minor Highway Works
- Minor Works and Routine Maintenance of Bridges and Structures
The Company set about establishing the managerial structure needed to negotiate, value and execute the works to the high standards Wrenco is known for. The Partnering team was born.
The Partnering team has grown in size and stature to become a self-standing minor works branch of the firm that also carries out any Special Projects successfully tendered for. The client list has also expanded to include several local authorities in the North West including Sefton and Wigan, other public bodies such as Merseytravel and private clients including Cushman and Wakefield, The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company and BDP. The Partnering Team carries out works up to the value of £150k with no job too small, with an attitude and workmanship that clients can trust and rely on. Civil Engineers, Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and skilled craftsmen make up the dedicated team, which now deals with a multi million pound turnover in its own right.
